Mr. Musacchio is a shareholder and manages the firm's transactional, real estate and land use practice.

Mr. Musacchio has been providing legal representation to businesses and individuals regarding real estate transactions, acquisition, finance, management and development and related litigation proceedings for over 18 years. Mr. Musacchio has extensive experience with matters related to commercial real estate and business transactional law; acquisition and financing; land use planning and entitlement; property development; CEQA and Williamson Act issues; real estate torts, personal injury actions arising from construction related injury, products liability, toxic tort and class action litigation.

Mr. Musacchio has been a partner and staff attorney with various law firms for the past 13 years. Mr. Musacchio represented corporate and individual clients in legal matters before administrative and regulatory agencies, as well as, in State and Federal court. Before entering private practice Mr. Musacchio served as founding director and president of KTM Corporation, a firm specializing in business consulting with emphasis in real estate and business finance, development syndication, business merger and acquisition and financial institution consulting and insurance services.

Mr. Musacchio held the position of Executive Vice President and in-house counsel with the legal department for a multi-million dollar financial institution having large commercial real estate development, real estate sales, heavy construction and financial institution divisions. Additionally, Mr. Musacchio has served as counsel to the board of directors and advised senior management regarding regulatory and corporate legal matters.

Mr. Musacchio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco and a Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University. He is licensed with the California State Bar and admitted to the United States District Court, Northern and Eastern Districts, California, as well as, the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Mr. Musacchio is also a member of the following professional organizations: American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and the Commonwealth Club of California. He is also a biographee in Marquis Who's Who in the World, and other Who's Who publications.
