Jennifer A. Riso-Green is an experienced litigator with her practice focusing on Products Liability, Labor & Employment, and General Litigation.  

Ms. Riso obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Ecology & Systematic Biology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tulsa, where she earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Corporations.

Ms. Riso-Green has extensive experience in high-stakes, highly contested civil litigation. As an Associate for Bragg & Dziesinski in San Francisco, she was chosen as a member of a three-attorney Special Litigation Team for The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, where she and her colleagues defended insureds in cases involving exceedingly complex issues of liability and an increased risk of multi-million dollar verdicts.  She also participated in an oral argument and co-authored an opposing party argument before the California Supreme Court in the matter of Mulder v. Pilot Air Freight, for which the Court rendered a favorable decision.

Ms. Riso-Green holds a B.S. in Ecology and Systematic Biology from California Polytechnic State University.  In 1999 she earned her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Oklahoma, where she was the recipient of the CALI Award for Excellence in Corporations.  A member of the Phi Delta Phi International Honor Fraternity, she also served as Vice President of the Environmental Law Society and she was a Finalist in the Regional Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition. She is a past member of the San Francisco County Bar Association Litigation Section and the Alameda County Bar Association.

A member of the California Bar Association, Ms. Riso-Green is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is admitted to the United States District Court, Northern, Eastern and Central Districts.
